At Geltactical, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new tactical gear or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unworn, brand-new condition.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
